Express File's system is simple and convenient for our affiliates. It requires far less effort than any other service:

• All errors are handled directly between the taxpayer and Express File. Your personnel are removed completely from this process. Express File also debits accounts so that you do not have to keep track of payments.
  
  
• Express File offers a toll-free fax line, (800) 373-0800, which you can utilize to transfer the tax kits and information directly to Express File while avoiding mail delays.
  
  
• Shipping kits to Express File can be done using a pre-arranged overnight carrier on labels supplied by Express File. You need only place the kits in an overnight mailer supplied by the carrier. Express File then pays the shipping costs and bills you at a reduced rate.
  
  
• A toll-free "800" number (1-800-875-FILE) is available for questions from taxpayers or your personnel.
