Steps to E-File your return: First, print your Order Form and IRS Form 8453 Now! Second, print your State Form 8453 Now! Finally, fill out the forms and FAX them to Express File at 800-373-0800. Express File receives copies of all your signed documents, and we immediately begin the electronic filing process! You will need the freely available Adobe Acrobat to view and print these documents. Many computers already have this installed. If you do not have Acrobat you can download a free copy.
